Responsibilities may include:

  • Exploring innovative devices, accessories, and perks from our partners.
  • Providing personalized solutions for customers based on their lifestyle.
  • Supporting customers with technical queries and empowering them to confidently use our app to resolve issues at home.

Don't worry if you're not tech-savvy; we'll provide training to keep you up-to-date.

We're seeking someone with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
