We're looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to join our team, working closely with corporate platforms like Salesforce CRM, OpenText, and SAP SuccessFactors.

Your key responsibilities will include providing expert support, delivering technical advice and solutions aligned with business priorities and system architecture standards.

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements. You'll also represent the Corporate Systems team in projects, ensuring smooth service transitions and support readiness.

Your tertiary qualification in Technology or Business with a strong tech focus will serve as the foundation for your success in this role.

You'll bring extensive experience in CRM, HR, and document management systems, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce expertise.

Job Requirements
