Tech Solutions Specialist

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Solutions Specialist to join our Sales Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical demonstrations of our products to potential customers.

Your primary focus will be on showcasing our feature-rich tools in a clear and concise manner, making them easy for potential customers to understand. You will also need to be comfortable taking complex technical information and contextualizing it, explaining how our technology meets the needs of potential customers and their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging technical demonstrations of our solutions to potential customers.
  • Work closely with global Sales Teams to support customer engagements.
  • Presentation skills are essential for this role.

Skills & Experience:

- Strong technical understanding of integrated multi-channel technology solutions.

- Proven pre-sales consulting or solutions engineering experience.

- IT literate with competence in Excel, Word and all Web Browser capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

- A strong understanding of SaaS models.

- Financial Services Background and an understanding of the UK Financial Services marketplace.

Desirable:

- Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable.
