About This Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Aboriginal professional to join our team as an Aboriginal Workforce Development Strategist.

The key responsibilities of this role include delivering culturally informed workforce development strategies, improving First Nations employment outcomes, promoting culturally safe workplaces, and contributing to broader strategic government priorities.

As an expert in Aboriginal affairs, you will work closely with stakeholders across government and community to provide advice, lead projects, and foster inclusive workplaces.
