Our Opportunity

We are seeking recent graduates with qualifications in business, communications, or a related field to join our Graduate Program as Customer Care Agents. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer experiences, responding to customer enquiries, and working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Customer Care Agent: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining professionalism, establishing positive rapport with callers, and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Retention/Renewals Agent: Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and live chat to understand their insurance needs, offer personalized solutions, and build strong relationships.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recent graduate degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • A keen interest in customer service and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
