Job Summary

The role of the Housing Administration Officer is integral to our Community Housing Development team. It involves managing housing-related administration tasks and providing a central point of contact for team members, tenants, and service providers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the administrative needs of the team to enhance engagement with tenants.
  • Monitor property maintenance requests in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
  • Foster effective relationships between maintenance contractors and tenants to ensure efficient services.
  • Contribute to delivering an enhanced community housing service.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or field with a proven track record.
  • Able to work effectively with individuals living with mental illness in a community setting.
  • Knowledge or experience in Community Housing development.
  • Mental Health First Aid training (or willingness to undertake).
  • Certification as a Class C driver in Western Australia.
