Housing Coordinator Job Summary

As a Housing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This role involves performing various tasks such as distributing mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining office records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: Respond to phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Clerical Support: Assist with tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Clean employee common areas, maintain the fitness center, and conduct monthly health and safety inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
