Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer engagement asset-level strategy that includes attracting tenants, onboarding seamlessly, connecting continuously, and offboarding positively.
  • Curate and manage meaningful building communities to enhance tenant satisfaction and drive retention.
  • Design and implement brand-aligned campaigns, collateral, and digital content using various tools.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets and reporting metrics.
  • Create leasing experiences that engage and convert.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with internal leasing teams, creative agencies, and digital platforms.
  • Manage and grow the asset's presence across property portals, social media, and customer engagement apps.
  • Lead the attraction, onboarding, support, and offboarding process for tenants to ensure a smooth and memorable journey.
  • Build deep, multi-layered relationships with tenants – from executives to on-site teams.
  • Curate and deliver tailored events, activations, partnerships, and wellness programs to strengthen tenant communities.
  • Develop and manage the tenant engagement strategy in collaboration with concierge and service partners.
  • Leverage feedback and analytics to continuously improve tenant satisfaction and community engagement.
  • Deliver targeted communications based on audience segments (CEOs, leasing agents, tenant teams).

What You Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven marketing experience, specifically in retail or property marketing.
  • Strong understanding of property fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and design tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A high customer service mindset with a creative, energetic, and collaborative approach.
  • Experience designing and organizing competitions and surveys.
