About this role

The Lead Tenant Team Leader will oversee the operations of our residential care services. They will work closely with case management teams to support young people in need, recruit and supervise lead tenants, and coordinate service provision.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with case management services for young people in our care.
  • Recruit, assess, support, and monitor lead tenants.
  • Supervise lead tenants and collaborate with case managers.
  • Coordinate service delivery within our region and with external organizations.
  • Develop community initiatives to benefit our services.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team.
  • Maintain property standards across our facilities.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and values.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in youth welfare practices.
  • Effective crisis intervention and behavior management skills.
