Customer Engagement Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our customer engagement initiatives across our portfolio.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will create and deliver a comprehensive customer-centric engagement strategy that drives tenant attraction, onboarding, and retention.

This includes developing and implementing a range of activities such as creating engaging content, managing building communities, and curating meaningful events and activations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Attraction and Onboarding: Develop and implement strategies to attract new tenants and onboard them seamlessly into our community.
  • Community Building: Curate and manage meaningful building communities to enhance tenant satisfaction and drive retention.
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement brand-aligned campaigns, collateral, and digital content using various tools.
  • Marketing Budgeting: Own and manage marketing budgets and reporting metrics.
  • Leasing Experience: Create leasing experiences that engage and convert tenants.
  • Collaboration: Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams, creative agencies, and digital platforms.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful customer engagement campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
