Manage your career as a Tenant Community Coordinator at our thriving arts precinct. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our diverse tenant community and manage tenancy activities, select, lease, and onboard new tenants, administer leases, including data entry and filing, liaise with legal consultants to ensure compliance with the Retail Leases Act, coordinate tenants' web profiles and studio signage, and manage tenancy expressions of interest, including inspections and assessments.Key Responsibilities:

They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a six-month probation period.
