This role will deliver and assist in areas of opportunities to students on the Learning for Life program, working closely with schools and community services to provide additional and ongoing support. Key responsibilities include coordinating the delivery of the Learning for Life program in the Albion Park Community, working with prioritized groups of students and families to develop actions related to their goals, and linking families with services and support as identified. The ideal candidate will possess high-level interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and demonstrated experience in presenting and facilitating. They will also have excellent organizational and administrative skills, including computer literacy, data management, and time management.
