Rehabilitation Care Specialist
", "Key Responsibilities:- Provide holistic care and support to individuals on their rehabilitation journey, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct assessments based on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic, and activities of daily living assessments.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, and treatment providers.
- Support ADF and DVA members in their rehabilitation process.
- Hold current registration with relevant health profession associations.
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Have a strong background in clinical reasoning and the ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
- Be passionate about helping people rehabilitate.
- Have at least 12 months of registered work experience in your qualified health profession.
- OCCUPATIONAL REHABILITATION EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY REGARDED.
