We are seeking an Agricultural Mechanic to work with us in a dynamic workshop environment.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking diagnostics, maintenance, services, repairs, rebuilds, and breakdowns on a range of agricultural and construction machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose faults and carry out service, maintenance, repair, and rebuild work
  • Check own work to ensure it meets manufacturers' requirements
  • Help train apprentices and assist other workshop personnel
  • Complete job cards correctly
  • Participate in the on-call roster and attend off-site breakdowns
  • Provide exceptional and professional customer service
Requirements:
  • Agricultural mechanic qualification or any other mechanic qualification
  • Ability to work safely, be a team player, excellent communicator, and problem-solver
  • HR and forklift license (desirable)
  • New Holland, Case IH, John Deere, or Kubota experience (desirable)
