About the Role



  • As a Visory Certified Expert, you'll work closely with clients to manage key bookkeeping processes, including daily coding and bank reconciliations, preparation and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, month-end close, management reporting, BAS/IAS preparation, and responding to client queries.
  • You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to help our clients make informed business decisions.

What We Offer



  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud accounting software and adjacent back-office technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and use online messaging and video conferencing tools.
  • Registered BAS agent or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Passion for financial management and a desire to deliver exceptional results.
