
Expert Customer Experience Associate

Core Responsibilities:- Interact with guests to deliver exceptional service, ensuring their time is valued.
- Assess guest needs to provide personalized purchase and return solutions and support.
- Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the products.
- Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences through accurate and timely transactions, and execute omnichannel programs according to company standards.
- Move dynamically throughout the store to continuously engage with guests and address store or guest needs.
- Receive and act on guest feedback, partnering with store leadership to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Inform guests about local community initiatives and participate in planning and executing community projects and events.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by embracing diversity and promoting a supportive atmosphere for all team members and guests.
- Maintain positive relationships with team members, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with colleagues to optimize guest experiences and support store operations.
- Perform tasks related to product presentation, including maintaining display areas and restocking shelves according to company standards.
- Utilize in-store technology to enhance store operations and guest experiences.
- Clean and maintain the store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Understand and adhere to policies and procedures that ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform duties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
