Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Geelong on a Permanent Full-time basis.

This role is responsible for providing world-class customer service, sales, and support to our Commercial and Residential customers.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from customers and resolving their queries quickly and accurately.
  • Proactively making outbound calls to promote our products and services to existing customers.
  • Scheduling services for residential customers and converting incoming inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Liaising with colleagues and maintaining accurate customer records and details while ensuring compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working in customer service or call centre environments.
  • Previous experience in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales.
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and electronic.
  • Able to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking and meeting KPI targets.
