As a seasoned sales professional, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in sales-driven environments.
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven leader who can collaborate with our Store Manager to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales targets and KPIs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring Team Members to become top performers, while providing exceptional customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales targets and KPIs
- Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences
- Coach and mentor Team Members to become top performers
- Provide guidance on stock management and shrinkage control
- Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines
