Job Description

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the ordering process for a loyalty program. This will involve managing high volumes of data, juggling multiple timelines, and ensuring operational precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ordering and coordination of samples and gratis items.
  • Partner with internal teams to secure stock commitments and manage deliveries.
  • Own the SKU setup and product master data in MRP systems.
  • Maintain and manage operational tools, including the Sample Category Tracker and replenishment models.
  • Monitor stock gaps and shipment risks, proactively escalating and resolving issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain, operations or merchandise planning.
  • Strong system and data management skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Confidence managing complex processes, timelines and volumes with a proactive mindset.
  • High-level Excel proficiency and a passion for process and cross-functional collaboration.
