The ICT Delivery Manager role at our client offers a unique opportunity to lead a diverse team in delivering high-quality service and outcomes. As a seasoned delivery manager, you will be responsible for managing priorities, developing written materials, and providing advice to senior executives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engagement with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and deliver outcomes.
  • Research, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project or program initiatives.
  • Developing high-level written materials and managing priorities.

You will also represent the team in project governance meetings and provide guidance to colleagues. To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional agile project teams delivering critical and complex programs of work.

This is a long-term contract opportunity with a competitive hourly contracting rate and a centrally located modern office.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly. You must also be able to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have highly developed communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to manage priorities and develop high-level written materials, and a strong track record of delivering results.
