**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager with extensive experience in senior program management roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple ICT projects with critical delivery dates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project governance, budgets, scope management, resource allocation, sourcing, contract administration, stakeholder relationship management, performance evaluation, risk mitigation, and reporting.
  • Uplifting skills of the current delivery management team through mentoring and implementing standard ways of working.
  • Collaborating with other delivery managers to identify best practices and standardise project management practices, processes, and artefacts used by the team.

**Requirements**

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior program manager role with experience delivering ICT projects using formal project management methodologies.
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management (desirable).
  • Agile certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, SAFe, AgilePM (desirable).
