Job Summary

This role supports the day-to-day operations of our service delivery team.

About the Position

  • Assist with food preparation, plating, and delivery while considering client dietary needs.
  • Participate in general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Support laundry tasks such as washing, folding, ironing, and delivering clean linen.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Service: Assist with meal preparation, plating, and delivery while responding to client dietary requirements.
  • Cleaning: Perform general cleaning duties including high window cleaning and carpet shampooing.
  • Laundry: Support laundry tasks such as washing, folding, ironing, and delivering clean linen.
  • Minor Repairs: Complete minor sewing repairs and assist with stock management.

Requirements

  • Possess a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrate good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
