Housekeeping Attendant Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Public Area Attendant.

About the Role:

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards in all public areas, including pools, gyms, and shared bathrooms
  • Clean and sanitize indoor and outdoor spaces using specialized equipment and chemicals safely
  • Provide outstanding guest service by addressing inquiries, security matters, and collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between maintenance and guest services teams, promptly reporting any issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality cleaning services to ensure a welcoming environment for guests
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, being approachable and responsive to guests and colleagues alike
  • Show adaptability and physical fitness to work in various environments, from indoor to outdoor settings

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (cleaner/room attendant/public areas attendant)
  • Possess a warm and welcoming communication style, able to engage with guests of diverse backgrounds
  • Show attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, meeting deadlines and expectations
  • Be adaptable and physically fit to work in various environments
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude
