Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and detail-focused Public Spaces Ambassador to support the maintenance of our facilities. As a Public Spaces Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the housekeeping team with delivering hotel supplies, chemicals, laundry, deliveries, and heavy lifting tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain public areas, including lockers, staff and public toilets, corridors, staff room, and other public or back-of-house spaces.
  • Collaborate with the room attendant team during peak periods to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Be available to work across weekends, evenings, overnights, and public holidays as required.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality environment is advantageous.
  • A high level of physical fitness and strength is necessary due to the demanding nature of the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse colleagues and guests are crucial.
  • Fulfilling Australian Working Rights are mandatory – this position does not offer sponsorship.
