As a valuable Housekeeping team member, you will keep our shared spaces exceptionally clean and focus on the little things. You will work independently and with your team, engaging with guests and helping them with any questions or requests.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the property always looks its best, inside and out
  • Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor public areas, including pool, gym, and shared bathrooms, meeting high cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Handle specialized equipment and chemicals safely
  • Offer assistance to guests with inquiries and security matters, collaborating with different departments as needed
  • Be the eyes and ears for maintenance and guest services teams, reporting issues promptly

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Warm and welcoming communication style, making guests and team members feel at ease
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time well and taking pride in tasks
  • Adaptability and physical fitness to work in various environments, including staircases and uncovered areas
  • Pleasure in collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays as required
