About the Role

The Public Area Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance and ambiance of our property. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our public areas are immaculate, both indoors and outdoors.

  • Ensure the property's public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Revitalize indoor and outdoor spaces, including the pool, gym, and shared bathrooms, to meet high standards.
  • Operate specialized equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to inquiries and security matters in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (cleaner/room attendant/public areas attendant) is advantageous.
  • A warm and welcoming communication style that makes guests and team members feel at ease.
  • Attention to detail and efficient time management, taking pride in tasks.
  • Adaptability and physical fitness to work in internal and external environments, including staircases and uncovered areas.
  • A collaborative nature, enjoying work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
