Front of House Professional

We are seeking a seasoned front-of-house professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of floor service experience with proven expertise in managing events and big groups
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and provide tailored service
  • A keen eye for detail to maintain a seamless dining experience

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Front of House Professional. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional, from greeting guests to serving meals and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
