Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in overseeing daily operations across multiple dining outlets and function facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and presentation, supporting team management, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams.

  • Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in managing daily operations.
  • Maintain high standards of service and presentation in all F&B areas.
  • Support team management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within a large hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple F&B outlets and large-scale function facilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
