Job Description:As a seasoned Category Manager, you will play a key role in leading our high-performing team to achieve business success. Your expertise in data-driven insights and commercial acumen will help drive smart pricing strategies, promote revenue optimisation, and develop best-in-class category reviews.
You will partner with Insights and Marketing teams to influence brand presence in the market and provide recommendations on portfolio, range, space, and prioritisation for assigned categories. Your ability to analyse promotional and pricing strategies by channel will enable you to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG in an insights & data driven Category / Marketing / Sales role
- Degree qualified in Business / Commerce / Marketing or related field
- Experience with NIQ / IRI / Quantium
- Clear understanding of category drivers and metrics with experience in the Australian Grocery/FMCG market
- Experience in Net Revenue Management with strong commercial acumen
