
Accessible Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist clients with acquired spinal cord injuries in their homes.
- Responsibilities include transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists as required
- Grooming, bathing, dressing and dental hygiene
- Personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management
- Basic wound care and self medication
- Domestic support (meal preparation, household duties and laundry)
- Community access (driving to appointments and social activities)
- An excellent listener and communicator is essential
- A fixed fortnightly roster will be implemented
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are mandatory
- NDIS Workers Screening and Blue Cards are also required
