- Flexible shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is mandatory.
- Advanced communication skills, high energy levels, and a person-centred approach are essential.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment are necessary.
