Compassionate Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate care specialist to provide care, companionship, and emotional support to residents living in our aged care home.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, mealtime support, and general mobility aid.
  • Support with medication administration and simple wound dressings.
  • Enable residents to participate in community-based recreational and social activities.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or equivalent qualification. We can also support you in obtaining the necessary qualifications if needed.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness, along with a commitment to values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
