
Care Support Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking highly skilled Care Support Specialists to join our medical team.
The successful applicants will provide high-standard services that support and assist patients and residents to achieve maximum independence by meeting daily living and personal requirements within their care plan, with consideration of individual preferences.
The role involves assisting patients and residents to maintain their independence wherever possible and providing daily care using a person-centred approach in accordance with the resident's individual care plan.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-standard services that support and assist patients and residents to achieve maximum independence by meeting daily living and personal requirements within their care plan, with consideration of individual preferences.
- Assist patients and residents to maintain their independence wherever possible and provide daily care using a person-centred approach in accordance with the resident's individual care plan.
- HOURS OF WORK WILL INCLUDE SHIFT WORK, WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
- Advanced communication skills
- High levels of energy
- Person-centred approach
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
