As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our food & beverage outlets, with a strong focus on conference and event delivery.

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B venues, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Take a hands-on approach – lead by example in service, coffee-making, guest interaction, and team support.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation standards across all outlets.
  • Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality, style, and timing.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive business, execute promotions and events.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends to drive innovation and growth.
  • Model exemplary leadership practices that inspire your team.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and collaboration.
  • Develop crisis management and critical incident response plans.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on recruitment and performance.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and wastage reporting.
  • Work closely with Executive Chef and General Manager to manage food costs.
  • Prepare rosters that balance coverage and cost-efficiency.
  • Set and review financial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
Key Qualifications
  • Formal qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Extensive experience managing hospitality outlets, ideally within hotels or premium event spaces.
  • Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, privacy, and security protocols.
  • A guest-first mindset with a flair for creating memorable experiences.
