Job Role Summary

This role presents an opportunity to engage in a challenging and rewarding nursing career within our Primary Care services at the Cooma Correctional Centre.

Candidates must possess current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and hold at least one year's experience working in this capacity.

  • Main responsibilities include conducting comprehensive health assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and ensuring ongoing evaluation and management of patient needs.

The hourly rate is $38.36 - $51.09 per hour, plus superannuation benefits, salary packaging options, access to fitness programs, and opportunities for training and professional development.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing reception screening and assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing management.
