About the Role

This position is ideal for a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about delivering person-centered care in a multidisciplinary team environment. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care that respects the rights of individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver nursing practice in accordance with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) standards.
  • Maintain effective communication through information technology and written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner.
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and maintenance of competence.
