Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based nursing care utilizing best practice guidelines
- Mentor and support junior clinicians to achieve quality care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized patient care
- Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration as a Registered Nurse
- Postgraduate qualification in child and family nursing or transition to practice with completion of child and family post-graduate studies within 6-12 months
- Effective clinical communication skills through information technology, written and verbal means, and strong interpersonal relationships
