Job Opportunity for Skilled Nurses

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide person-centered nursing services, prioritizing patient needs and promoting a culture of quality improvement.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure the delivery of excellent care.
  • Advocate for individualized care plans using evidence-based best practices, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks to maintain integrity and accountability in practice.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Proven competencies in and knowledge of the complexities involved in delivering nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Recent experience in Emergency Nursing with Triage and Resuscitation competencies.
