
Clinical Care Practitioner

Overview:
- Role: Provide high-quality patient care through effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills.

The Clinical Care Practitioner works under the direction of the Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered care in collaboration with the individual and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care through effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct nursing practice that respects the rights of individuals and groups within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Participate in own professional development and maintain competence in skills and knowledge.
- Work within a person-centered approach to nursing and be willing to adapt to change in care delivery.
- Demonstrate understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
This is a Category A position. All new employees must comply with NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015. OASV requirements include proof of vaccination against influenza and are compulsory for NSW staff entering Residential Aged Care Facilities or working in NSW Health owned RACFs.
