  • Admin Wizard: Maintain accurate records and stay organised.

As a Community Support Worker you will:

  • Help clients achieve their goals through individualised support strategies.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients, their families and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to team decisions.
  • Assist with promoting the organisation's services and programs.
