Sea Logistics Customer Service Training Expert

We are seeking a skilled National Customer Service Trainer to join our team at Kuehne + Nagel AS. As a global market leader in Sea Logistics, our growth and success points to one thing: People. Our Employees have shaped best business practices internally and with customers around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Training Programs: Create comprehensive and engaging training materials that effectively cover the topics required for employee development.
- Facilitate Training Sessions: Facilitate both in-person and remote training sessions to educate employees on various service-related skills and knowledge areas.
- Onboarding and Training: Take a leading role in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to integrate smoothly into the company.
- Assess Employee Skills: Continuously assess employee skills and performance to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate Training Initiatives: Coordinate the introduction and training of new features and products to ensure employees are up to date with the latest developments.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Track and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and programs using feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation tools to ensure all required competencies are being met.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.
- Training Experience: Experience in conducting training sessions both on-site and remotely.
- Planning and Organizing: Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
- Soft Skill Training: Experience in delivering soft skill training such as emotional intelligence, customer engagement, and problem resolution.
- Customer Service Background: Strong background in customer service.
- Initiative and Teamwork: The ability to take initiative and thrive both independently and in a team setting.
