Your Role

Your Responsibilities
- Support the organization in achieving operational excellence by enhancing the knowledge and skills of our teams through effective training and coaching.
- Deliver operational systems and general business training to new users utilizing effective instructional techniques and high-quality documentation, including both online and in-person training sessions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all training activities in the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor and report on the completion of training for both technical and interpersonal skill sets.
- Research and implement innovative training methods and stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training strategies.
- Create high-quality training materials in accordance with company standards using available digital platforms and technologies.
- Develop tailored training concepts and learning pathways for teams and individuals.
- Drive productivity by enhancing the knowledge and competencies of the organization.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Experience in delivering training sessions both in-person and remotely.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams.
- Preferably familiar with import/export processes, warehouse management, and transportation operations.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
