Our Sea Logistics Exports Team

We are seeking a driven and motivated Export Operator to join our National Sea Logistics team in Melbourne.

Your Role

As an Export Operator, you will be responsible for performing operational tasks, providing customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of shipments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Creating shipment details in our internal system
  • Organising transport based on customer promises
  • Monitoring operational performance
  • Reviewing shipping instructions from customers
  • Arranging shipping line bookings
  • Strengthening operational relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Resolving customer complaints

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the Sea Logistics industry, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
