Our Sea Logistics Exports Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Export Operator to join our National Sea Logistics team, which is responsible for managing our export customers' shipments.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing shipment details in our internal system
  • Organizing transportation based on customer promises
  • Monitoring operational performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Reviewing shipping instructions from customers and arranging shipping line bookings
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the Sea Logistics industry, particularly in export operations. You should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to problem-solve effectively.
