Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Research Administration Officer.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Higher Degree by Research students and staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and fostering a positive research environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative assistance to HDR students and staff, including responding to queries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating events and activities related to HDR student life, such as orientation programs, workshops, and social events.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services to HDR students.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or significant work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
