The Associate Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of services across the Higher Degree Research lifecycle.

  • Oversight of admissions and scholarships

We seek a strong mix of leadership, strategy, and higher education expertise including:

  • A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in Higher Degree Research management
  • Proven experience managing high-performing teams with a client-first mindset
  • Expertise in HDR policy, funding, systems, and research trends
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
