**About the Role**

We're looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to Customer Requests
  • Providing 1st Level Telephone and Other Media Contact Support
  • Documenting Calls and Incidents Accurately
  • Managing Time and Workload to Meet Predetermined Service Levels
  • Maintaining Data Accuracy in Our Contact Management System
  • Assigning Incidents and Requests to the Correct Support Group

Key Requirements for this Role Include:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2-4 Years of Related Experience or Relevant IT Qualifications
  • 6 Months of IT Service Desk Experience

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
