IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves providing expert technical support services, both in person and virtually via email, phone, and MS Teams.
  • You will be responsible for installing and resolving software, desktop hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure issues.
  • A certification in ITIL V3 is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in incident, problem, and risk management practices is essential.
  • You will be diligent in logging and updating ITSM tickets and records.
  • Your focus will be on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • You will support the Microsoft M365 application suite and legacy Microsoft applications.
  • You will also provide guidance on legacy and bespoke software platforms.
  • Regularly performing moves, adds, and changes (MACs) is a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship.
  • NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
