Technology Leader for Public Transportation Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and skilled software engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working on cutting-edge technologies and solutions that are transforming the public transportation industry.
- This position plays a vital role in driving innovation and developing mission-critical software solutions that enable efficient public transportation systems.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead engineering role.
- Experience with Java, Angular, and TypeScript is required.
- AWS cloud platform experience, particularly serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway), containerisation (ECS, ECR) and CDK is necessary.
- Proficiency in Bitbucket and building CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment is required.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in building and integrating RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures using tools like Kafka.
Demonstrated experience of relational (Oracle) and non-relational (DynamoDB) databases, including tools like Liquibase and Sqitch is required.
- Strong focus on automated testing (unit, integration, UI) using frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, Selenium, Cucumber Studio, and Allure is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
