Main Responsibilities- Manage field service priorities and schedules effectively.
- Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing of the service fleet vehicle.
- Perform mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance equipment.
- Establish and maintain relevant service-related information.
- Provide product service training to clients as required.
- Build and maintain a customer base to promote ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre.
- Participate in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards.
- The ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
- The ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
- A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License.
